Ticket Box Office is a place that acts to promote and place that sells tickets for the events that will be held and performing at the Penang Performing Art Centre. This building is located at a strategic point which is near the Komplek Tun Abdul Razak (KOMTAR) and the Perangin Mall shopping complex.

The design is concepted of RHYTHM and FLOW where the monogram approach is is taken as the core or the base of this design. Particularly in a category of performing arts, usually there will be plenty of movements and those movements play important roles so that the performing will look more interesting and bring passion to the audience.

Therefore, this building is adapted from those movements to attract people attentions so they will advance to this building to know what the building tries to offer. Unstatic elements can be seen at the exterior design of the building. These elements also contain softness properties, these properties of dynamic and softness are art.Applied material on the building consider the material used at surrounding building like timber, glass, concrete and steel. These materials used by considering the local built context as not to alienated the ticket box office, when it is put at the associated place.
